- CyberFinancial is a debt collection product
- Whenever someone doesn't pay their credit card bill, mortgage, car loan, or utility bill, our system helps manage the successful collection of this debt
- The system takes an extract of data relating to people in debt from the main banking/financial system, loads it into CyberFinancial, and then we work to try and collect that debt.At the heart of the product is a workflow engine that we call Decision Networks, that decides what actions to take depending on the amount and age of the debt
