- Working in specialized technology projects like improving durability, tyre mileage, cut & chip resistance, rolling resistance and VAVE projects for compound cost reduction with performance optimization
- Competition Intelligence and benchmarking studies through field/market visit
- Reverse Engineering of competition/Benchmark samples for NPD, Quality, cost analysis and performance assessment
- Optimize the use of sustainable raw materials for compound development with no compromise in quality
- Responsible for all technological scouting and marketing for future needs
- Organize and execute raw material trials for rubber compound mixing and process improvement
- Support to Process and Product Industrialization teams for indoor validation as per the Annual NPD plan
