Brillioone.ai: In this project I have mostly worked on ITSM module
- I have configured Catalog Items, Email and Flow designer, asset management, change management, shift roaster, CIM, Reporting and Dashboards, Performance Analytics
Integration in ServiceNow: I have used Rest API for Integrating ServiceNow to Freshworks and vice versa
- Integration with snow will make available snow services on Freshworks application and user can raise snow tickets using this application
- Based on the requirement I created APIs for creating Incident, Service Request, RITM, for reopening ticket and also for getting created tickets-based user details
- Worked on Postman as well for client-side integrations
Centene Corporation: In this project I was working mostly on Record Producer
- I have configured Catalog Items, Record Producer, and testing process
Procurement management: This is a complete automated implementation process which I used Workflow and have used Business rules, Users, groups, roles and delegation
- Customizing forms, lists, choices for custom applications based on the requirement.
Cleardata: the works done in this project are to upgrade FreshService API methods in the custom app to align with FDK 2.3 version.
- Upgrade the custom app to efficiently synchronize contacts and department (account ID) from Salesforce to FreshService, incorporating specified contact mappings.
- Any Order placed in Salesforce would need to Create or Update a Contract in FreshService. Associated services on the Order may need to be updated on the Company or an associated Asset.
Biglots: the works required in this project is to upgrade FreshService API methods in custom app to support FDK 2.3 version.
- Upgrade custom app to sync tickets and contacts from Salesforce to FreshService and create cases from FreshService to Salesforce.
- Whenever Incident is created in FreshService and rules are matched in configuration page, Incident tasks will be created.
