• Lead project kick-off activities by defining the scope, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
• Clearly communicate requirements to internal teams, and track progress to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Host daily check-in calls with cross-functional teams to review status, resolve blockers, and maintain delivery timelines.
• Partner with Account Leads to ensure all final outputs meet quality standards and client guidelines.
• Manage project cost documentation by preparing cost estimates, tracking updates, and recording issues/risks to support future planning.
• Invoice Management: Close completed projects in MySheet and NEXT, create purchase orders, and work with finance to finalize and validate invoices.
• Accrual Reporting: Compile monthly accrual reports for ongoing and completed projects, ensuring accurate and updated Excel tracking.
• Salesforce Reporting: Produce monthly financial summaries covering project progress, invoice status, and value comparisons with previous cycles.
