• Delivered a 12MW greenfield data center in McCamey, TX, consisting of six mining complexes on a 5-acre site.
• Managed a 60MW brownfield data center in Lufkin, TX, supporting 138 complexes and 29,000 bitcoin miners.
• Directed subcontractors, site foremen, and project resources across multiple locations using PM software.
• Managed FiberLight and Exacore teams to execute installation of 350 feet of overhead fiber at the Monahans, Texas site.

Led complex, cross-functional projects for Rolls-Royce properties end-to-end using ISS Global processes, ensuring on-time delivery, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment. Managed capital planning, project execution, and client relationships to support operations and business growth.

Delivered Results:

• Coordinated TC157 PDMA motor inspection and 40,000 HP substation outage
• Oversaw preventive maintenance for 10 compressors (970–1579 CFM) across campuses
• Partnered with engineering on 480KV substation repairs and inspections
• Secured and delivered data center capital project for two 10-ton condensing units

Managed commercial electrical projects across the full lifecycle, overseeing installation, performance, and productivity. Coordinated with contractors, engineers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution. Led estimating efforts by analyzing bid packages, specifications, and drawings to produce accurate takeoffs.

Led installation of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and solar projects, including racking, rooftop and ground-mounted systems, and module installation. Managed schedules, vendors, procurement, and reporting to ensure projects met timelines and contract requirements. Conducted I-V curve testing using Solmetric PV Analyzer.

Design and management of transmission and distribution substations ranging from 4kV to 345kV, including both new construction and upgrades. Utilize engineering tools and design software to develop substation solutions aligned with Duke Energy standards and objectives. Oversee project planning, coordination, and execution, including progress reporting and leading kickoff and site meetings.

• Managed and design for Seymour substation retirement and 138kV equipment procurement
• Led design and retirement of 12kV–69kV Petersburg substation and resource coordination
• Designed 69kV transmission switch retrofit for Clarksville substation and resource coordination

Collaborate with transmission and distribution project managers to plan, schedule, and resource capital projects using Primavera P6. Manage schedules across the full project lifecycle, including initiation, approvals, changes, engineering, construction, outages, maintenance, and material delivery.
