As lead operator my job was to help keep machine’s or get the right person to help fix it or filling in a spot if an operator did not show up and fill out paperwork and do check sheets

My job as a line loader was to make sure the assembly line had what they need to complete there tasks so I would walk around and load the parts that we’re needed

• Operated machinery efficiently to meet production targets and ensure product quality.
• Conducted routine maintenance checks on equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
• Collaborated with team members to streamline workflows and reduce downtime.
• Assisted in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

As summer help I would just ride with one of the workers and just help do little tasks like grab tools or hold something or fix the little things.
