Talent Management:
Ø Strategizing annual HR plans and manpower budgets; collaborating with senior management for manpower planning, resourcing, deploying and expansion.
Ø Ensuring optimum resource allocation & utilization in projects including skilled manpower within the organization as per assigned business plan.
Ø Designing and planning induction and orientation plans which include communicating the job roles and individual KRAs to the employees for ensuring transparency in the system.
Ø Identifying hi-potential, key employees and leading talent development plans to strengthen employee skills and develop them for the new roles while also improving the performance management process and goals.
Ø Ensuring cost per hire is kept within the budget.
Ø Conceptualized & developed recruitment strategy for all levels across locations of the organization through various channels including campus recruitments, job fair, job portals, e-Hiring, employee referrals, etc.
Ø Have handled volume hiring and niche requirement across locations.
Ø Organize induction program, Conduct HR Session and complete joining formalities for new employees.
Payroll & Compensation:
Ø Processing and verifying the leave & payroll records, cross-checking the payroll entries and preparing salary processing reports for ensuring the disbursements of salary in time across locations.
Ø Formulating & implementing increment, incentive & other remuneration policies.
Ø Calculation Bonus, Leave Encashment, Comp.off and etc.
Ø Processing the Gratuity settlement by coordinating with LIC.
Performance Management
Ø Handling annually performance management system for employees & addressing performance issues, rewarding superior performance, and communicating performance expectations to employees.
Ø Evaluating the performance of employees as per identified KRA's by developing monitoring mechanism for measuring performance
Ø Coordinating in the formulation and implementation of increment, incentive and other remuneration policies.
Employee Engagement
Ø Created and fostered an associate driven work culture through innovative engagement practices such as inter branch sports competitions, festival celebrations, food festival, women's day and etc.
Ø Initiated efforts and developed an effective grievance redressal practice in the region with the help of skip level connect, neutral investigation processes and open, transparent communication measures
Ø Responsible to Manage escalations of Employee Grievance issues to respective functional heads.
Ø Organizing various employee welfare events like Festival celebrations & Games, Cricket League and etc.
Policies & Procedures
Ø Devising new policies, interpreting existing policies, implementing Government instructions / statutory requirements etc.
Ø Facilitating Organizational Development plans for enhancing the operational effectiveness.
Ø Modifying & implementing various compensations plans, reward & recognition schemes, HR policies and communicating them across the organization at all levels.
Statutory Compliances
Ø Handling the queries related to PF & ESI and attending the hearing.
Ø Administering the labour forms and ensure proper compliance.
Ø Coordinating with Labour Officer for any queries and etc.
Ø Handled end to end recruitment for International Outbound process.
Ø Providing Induction to the new joiners, over view the organization structure with PPT presentation and processing Exit interviews, Employee Final Settlements and relieving procedures.
Ø Preparing offer letter, Bank Forms, ID card, appraisal letter , relieving document, and etc.,
Ø Personal File Management.
Ø Providing MIS reports with analysis to the top management on Recruitment Status, Attrition Analysis, Overtime & late coming reports, Absenteeism Reports and etc.
Ø Interacting frequently with employees to resolve their queries/grievances.
Ø Ensure the engagement activities are done frequently.
Ø Responsible of payroll administration and leave management and sending the final sheet to finance for disbursement.
Ø Maintaining of Labour records.
