Act as the primary contact for all regional personnel for any building issues (climate control, odors, smoke, spills, damage, emergencies and repairs).
Monitor contractor performance and works closely with outside vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed.
Assists with maintaining building security and immediately responding to building emergencies 24/7.
Assists the Facilities Manager with forecasting maintenance budget.
Manage projects with outside vendors to complete tasks on-time within budgets.
Lead, monitor and coordinates preventative maintenance in all facilities.
Trouble shoot and repair any and all production equipment such as Lincoln Welders, Parisian Long Seam Welders, Grieve Ovens, etc.

Performs basic electrical work and determines when an electrician is required.
Transports goods and equipment with forklifts, Bobcats, box trucks, front-end loaders, backhoes, at-beds.
Performs other maintenance duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
