- Serve 40+ patients per day, providing comprehensive orthodontic care

- Successfully treat a diverse patient population, ranging from children to adults of different socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds.

- Utilize a variety of treatments to correct misaligned teeth, including braces, clear aligners, and dental appliances.

- Lead as sole provider and team leader in office, managing staff, ordering supplies, and maintaining a positive work environment.

- Multiple days a month, lead as interim provider in practice seeing over 100+ patients a day

- Diagnose and create treatment plans for various dental malocclusions.

- Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

- Performs efficiently in a fast paced clinical setting while providing support and guidance to a new team.

• Dental school research involving a probiotic’s ability to inhibit bacterial growth associated with early childhood caries which may be intensified in orthodontic patients
• Post-graduate orthodontic research involving utilizing AI to predict mandibular growth potential

• Coordinate with AAO organization to communicate with class upcoming events and responsibilities
• Serve as the face of the program when attending conferences

• Shared responsibilities with chairman of committee in setting meeting agendas and progressing the vision of the group

• Acted as a conduit of information about IUSD for current and prospective students in their pursuit for a degree in dentistry in Indianapolis

• Represented the IUSD student body while tackling matters related to graduate student issues and concerns

• Coordinated fundraising efforts to procure class funds i.e
• A school-wide apparel campaign

• Remained in constant communication with dental school class to keep everyone up-to-date on kids club related events and activities as well as coordinated events with the executive board

• Mentored the incoming first year dental students as a TA in lecture and lab components of human physiology and anatomy
