• To develop and modify VBA code for Microsoft Products
• To develop and modify Access databases (start-to-finish)
• Responsible for all project life cycle phases, from specifications and coding through deployment, testing, debugging, documentation and maintenance
• Aided in development and management of Access database solutions using SQL server, including macros and reports
• Assisted to migrate the legacy manual Excel workings by using VBA which resulted in cost effective and improved accuracy of the process
• Worked with Monarch application and assisted to create multiple models to convert notepad to excel and simplifying the process steps
• Worked for APAC countries which covers 8 countries to automate the manual excel workings using macros which helped in reducing 9.5 head count in the process which resulted in client appreciation and delight
• Assisted the team members by helping them to extract data from multiple application and provide the same in readable format using MS Access without the support of the cost involved “Monarch” application
• This helped remove the waiting time & people dependency within the teams and also ended up in “client Delight” as it gave a cost save to the clients

Management Support activities:

• Designed a dashboard for the Management using multiple formulae, tables & charts to capture the quality of the Employee contribution towards various trainings and its outcome apart from the regular process related productivity
• Designed an Excel based tracking system to capture the monthly performance of the employees which paved the way for smooth appraisals and was implemented across all country projects in the unit
• Designed an user friendly employee database using MS Access which acted as a centralized dump for the whole unit of around 150 employees
• Designed a critical daily usage MIS by using VBA in excel by extracting data from multiple sub folders and populating the same in excel and automatic mail trigger to the concerned stake holders
• Assisted the management to “Go Green” and parallelly save a huge cost involved in printing papers & scanning by bringing digitalized Maker checker controls.
