MICHEAL RAJESH A

As a Construction Manager at Larsen & Toubro, one of the largest engineering and construction companies in India, I have over 15 years of experience in delivering various complex and challenging projects in the infrastructure sector. I have successfully completed civil, structural, and architectural works for railways, marine structures, pile foundations, and bridges across the country, meeting the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Currently, I am working on the construction of nine elevated metro stations and viaduct for the Chennai Metro Rail Project, Phase-II, a prestigious and impactful project that aims to improve the urban mobility and connectivity in the city. My mission is to ensure the timely and quality execution of the project, while complying with the client's specifications and standards. To achieve this, I leverage my strong competencies in occupational safety and health, project management, quality control, and teamwork, as well as pursuing my Master of Engineering in Construction Engineering Management and my IOSH certification. I am passionate about building innovative and reliable infrastructure that connects people and places and contributes to the social and economic development of the nation.
