Roles & responsibilities

• Financial Planning and Analysis:- Developing & implementing financial plans and strategies to meet companies monthly and annual targets and objectives. It includes budgeting ,forecasting and conducting financial analysis to identify areas of improvement
• Financial reporting :-Prepare accurate and timely financial reports of various branches and their employees to evaluate their day to day performance against the targets fixed. It helps to identify their strengthens and weak areas to improve. Moreover it gives a exact idea of their performance
• Financial Decision support :- Providing financial data and insights to assist senior management in making informed decisions. Strategic planning is a crucial part of my role
• Team collaboration :- Effective collaboration with employees in various departments such as sales, operations, and risk management . It helps to improves the financial health of the company
• Performance appraisal & conducting review meetings :- Organizing meetings and reviews with employees in various branches and department. Monthly review meetings are conducting with branch managers to evaluate their monthly and upto the month performance. In addition to this annual review meetings are conducting among employees regarding their promotion.
• Financial software & systems :- proficiency in financial software & systems such as company software’s for preparing reports and analyzing day to performance, approval management etc.
• Technical Knowledge
• Expert knowledge in Microsoft office – familiar with formulas and various functions
• Expert knowledge in Power point preparation & presentation
• Expert in Microsoft word and have very good typing speed
