Mikael A. Holloway has satisfied all training requirements and duly completed the educational program of Dental Assisting at Dental Careers Foundation of Indianapolis.
The purpose of our program is to prepare our students with a sound foundation of entry-level Dental Assisting skills. Each student has completed over ninety hours of training in classroom experience, clinical experience and on-the-job training. The training has taken place in our practicing dental office.
Mikael has successfully completed both written and practical exams involving oral anatomy and tooth numbering system, the taking, developing and mounting of x-rays, four-handed instrument transfer, identification and usage of commonly used instruments and materials of general dentistry, taking of upper and lower impressions and pouring and trimming of study models. Additional topics and skills were studied and practiced. A more complete list of the course curriculum is included.
Mikael has his Provisional Radiology Permit and is eligible to take the national radiology test to obtain her permanent state radiology license. She is legally allowed to take x-rays for six months from the issuance of her provisional permit.
Recent years have brought a shortage of quality dental personnel that you may have experienced. Mikael could indeed make a positive contribution to your office and the production of dentistry. Through the years as opportunities opened, I have employed eight former students of Dental Careers Foundation.
Should you require further information on Mikael A. Holloway’s assets and abilities, please call Aimee Cookston, our Director of Education, and she will be happy to talk with you.
Sincerely, Benjamin D. Albrecht D.D.S. Director of Clinics
