- Performed the MRO Testing for almost 15 towns to Department of Telecommunication (DOT)
- Validating the data (PCI, RSRP, DL Throughput) after MRO Testing and provide grid detail to GIS Team
- Identifying Poor RSRP patches, and providing resolution on the basis like planning new site, need to plan outdoor small cell, optimization required by changing azimuth and tilts
- Identifying Poor SINR patches and providing resolution on the basis like optimization required to improve dominancy by changing azimuth, electrical tilt, height, and UL RSSI identification
- Verifying DL and UL fluctuation and identifying RSSI & GTP Losses during drives
- Conducting and Co-coordinating ACME testing
- Monitoring all sites of Jharkhand from Circle Head Office, through LSM-R
