Import Specialist responsible for managing team to ensure Import documentation and billing was done accurately and timely to meet customer and importing standards.

· Handling Import Documentation countries are Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Myanmar PML.

· Handling Track of mail & follow up pending reports.

· Handling Daily DSR Report to Party & LARA.

· Handling Good Communicate with POL team and customer.

· Handle Pre and Post Shipment.

· Find H.S codes, Duty Structure with tariff book.

• Preparing Daily Status Report of Imports Shipment.

• Managed logistics Operations and Training for International Trading Pricing, including imports, exports, inventory control, warehousing, and fulfillment activities
• Ensure timely receipt of manifest from Inward Documentation Departments /
• Load Port for all vessel discharging in Fareast ports
• Prepare and update various pricing request that support and maintain current clients, as well as acquiring new business.
