- Monitor the mainframe batch(24/7), Reporting job agenda, check for cause of issue, inform DEV team on agenda and act on the instructions of DEV team (or) fix the issue on own.
- Ensure the basic Job failures i.e. Basic SQL Errors, File/Database contention, internal tables space issue be debugged on two save time due the period of Batch run.
- Worked with MFT Team and had continuous follow up on the files which were not transferred to mainframe in case of failure in MFT end.
