Milind Patel

As a sub-contractor of Alpa Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, and proprietor cum civil engineering technician, at Milind Construction, have successfully completed the projects of Construction of primary school buildings at various locations under the Gujarat government, named Gujarat Council of Elementary Education, Sarva Siksha Abhiyan Mission.

Duties and responsibilities are as under:

• Negotiated contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, securing favorable terms and high-quality materials.
• Applied for building permits to legally enable construction of projects.
• Play a key role in business development, contributing to tender preparation and client presentations.
• Conducted site inspections to discern risk and hazardous environment, performing safety and security measures.
• Removed debris and disposed and recycled waste to comply with sanitation standards and avoid infection and contamination.
• Negotiated budgets and contract requirements with suppliers and building owners.
• Prepared tenders and contract bids for construction projects.
• Planned different phases of construction from start to completion.
• Facilitated smooth communication with construction crews.

• Have completed maintenance contract of V.S General Hospital from year2006 to 2008 as prime contractor.
• Have done repairing and maintenance work of National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), a former unit of Reserve Bank of India between 2013 to 2015 as a prime contractor.
• Have done work for Project Implementation Unit by health department of Government of Gujarat, as a prime contractor between year 2019-2020.
