  • Overseeing employee compensation and benefits, compensation databases, and benchmark compensation.
  • Review and update existing benefit and compensation-related policies, and ensure these comply with current legislation.
  • Driving Annual/Mid-term Reward Exercise for the Bank.
  • Design compensation packages and benefit programs in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization.

  • Spearhead digitization, automation, and process improvement initiatives across all HR processes.

  • Collaborating with the Compliance, Legal, and Secretarial departments for HR-based regulatory, legal, and compliance matters.
  • Liaisoning with external and internal auditors, and handling RBI inspection; providing responses and addressing queries.
