He will closely collaborate with Sundyne and Specialty BU global facilities to establish India as one of the LCCs.

• Joined in 2010 to set up IPO (International Purchasing Office) as they were not active in Indian market for supply chain & most of the suppliers are Europe based; so established that base for Howden in India & at present Howden is very much active in Indian market for supply chain projects.

• Fully finished parts (Compressor Distance pieces) to HTC, Netherlands by achieving overall savings of 30 % over current EU pricing.
• Steel cross heads (Compressors) to HTC, Netherlands by achieving overall savings of 25 % over current EU pricing.
• PO placement for Pressure Vessels for Afipski, Russia project through HTC with a project savings of 298,860 USD
• Developed:
• Sample Intrinsic coated piston rod for HBC, France with a business potential of 40 % savings opportunity.
• Steel Cross Heads for various compressors (CSS & CBS) leading towards a “Major Kaizen”. Annual savings over 130,000 USD.
• Various types of compressor distance pieces in SG Iron MOC. Approx. savings of 20% over EU prices.

• Carried out successful execution of:
• Project BPCL Mahul, India by sourcing purged control panels for compressors with savings of 30 % over current vendors.
• Reliance Scanfinner India project by sourcing various commodities like E-motors, Control panels, LO & Cooling water skid & Pressure vessels from India resulting in overall savings of 923,660 USD i.e. 53.08 % savings over current EU prices.
• Successfully set up IPO as a base for future potential savings opportunities for high quality products.

• KRA In Brief: Spearheaded transportation solutions for the automotive industry, segmenting and defining areas for improvement in distribution performance, creating revenue growth.
• Acted as a lead Auditor for vendor selection audits and appointed as Lead member during purchasing department for implementation of Lean operations.
• Cultivated relationships, analysing data, generating solutions, and incorporating technology in support of new business strategies, creating process ownership to ensure client and corporate satisfaction.

• Responsible for new product development of castings in variety of material grades like steel, stainless steel, high alloy steels & grey cast iron having weight range of 5Kg to 7 Tons.
• Successfully developed approx. 60 no. of various parts in a span of two years. Parts like Steam End, Exhaust Ends, Steam Chest Body, Bearing Pedestals, Governor Valve covers, bearing housings etc
• Responsible for Quality check for radiography & Ultrasonic testing of pilot lot for establishment of desired quality.
• Company recognized these efforts as “Fast Tracker Performer” which is a platform within Kirloskar Group to identify young talent & nourish them with management skills.
• Successfully developed & commissioned Kirloskar Ebara's first steam Turbine machine of BYR model was at Reliance Jamnagar in July-05 within 08 months' time which was a great achievement for any new build machine for Elliott.
• Worked as a core member for launching Elliott Turbomachinery's Steam Turbine machines in India & role was contract review with Elliott USA team for technology transfer & at later stage development of Cast/forged parts.
• Actively participated in development of all the cast/forged parts of these machines & NDT qualification of those parts.
