• Integrated customer dashboard (Explo), view conversation system to track all live and closed conversations, and an active agent tracking system.
• Successfully migrated all customers from the desktop app to the web app, and enabled seamless multi-tab and browser support using BroadcastChannel and WebLocks APIs.
• Enabled FLOW creation system is enabled on feature flag components.
• Added a proper logging (Sentry) and monitoring (LogRocket) interface to track production and performance issues effectively. Added an alerting system over Slack.

Toorak Capital Partners Platform: An investment management system that provides capital to real estate lenders by lending loans for residential, multifamily, and mixed-use purposes. React, Redux, Thunk, CSS, SCSS, Google Analytics.

• Added a system to dynamically check the rate sheet for different loans, based on versions, and roles of users.
• Added a complete waiver system, where a certain loan does not pass any mandatory tests; this enables users to obtain a loan by raising a waiver with justified reasoning and supporting documents.
• A dashboard for quick access and status updates of recent loans, and a graphing system to understand the stats better.

MHE (McGraw Hill Education) - Writing Tool: A learning management system that enabled users to assign, monitor, provide feedback, and grade assignments efficiently. React, TypeScript, SCSS, Redux, Saga, Jasmine, TinyMCE, and Google Analytics.

• Enabled Review and Post Review systems.
• Added a service to provide multiple, overlapping inline comments, with reply, edit, and delete features, each comment mapped to the right section with complete keyboard and screen reader accessibility.
• Added accessibility to the entire project, achieving a 94+ score across various tools, such as NVDA, JAWS, Lighthouse, and VoiceOver.
