• Provided offshore support for Pratt & Whitney Canada engines in aftermarket services.
• Processed warranty claims and shop reports, capturing data for new and removed parts.
• Updated engine shop visit data in TRAC (SAP) for accuracy and consistency.
• Analyzed engine data from CRM, warranty claims, CAF forms, and event reports for reliability assessments.
• Created MRT/TRT reports to inform decision-making.
• Developed Excel-based tools and macros to automate processes, reducing manual effort.
• Produced MRO shop reports to streamline operations.

Conducted line maintenance on Airbus A320-214 with CFM56-5B engines and A320-271 NEO with P&W 1100G-JM engines.

• Performed transit, extended transit, layover, and weekly inspections to ensure optimal aircraft performance.
• Utilized Airbus tools including AirNavX and documentation from AMM, IPC, CRM, SRM, CCOM, TSM, and SBS.
• Interpreted mechanical engineering drawings and adhered to RDAP process requirements.

Conducted transit inspections on Airbus 320-214 equipped with CFM56-5B engines for Air Arabia.

• Executed line maintenance tasks to ensure aircraft readiness and safety.
• Performed thorough checks and documented findings to maintain compliance standards.
