Assisted residents with personal care tasks including bathing, toileting, dressing, ambulation, feeding, and transferring. Supported daily activities and maintained accurate charting and documentation on residents. Reported medical and behavioral changes to nursing staff.

• Assisted Living Facility providing personal care, bathing, dressing, assisted transferring. Meal assisting, laundry, and daily activities. Charting on residents and reporting any changes to the nurse.

• Directing and ensuring that the offenders perform their daily activities on schedules such as meals, recreation, education, programs, and work assignments, along with multiple inmate counts and cell checks. Dorm supervision, inmate movements. Inmate discipline documentation.

• Intake and release functions, floor monitoring, serving in the control room, preparing, and filing reports, supervision of inmates, passing and collecting meal trays, providing and supervision of recreational activities for inmates, passing assigned medications, cell and block shake downs, dispensary write-ups, inmate movements from cells/blocks, passing commissary.

• Working with Alzheimers and Dementia residents, on a memory care unit. Assists/Total care with personal care, bathing, toileting, dressing, ambulation, feeding, transferring, hoyer trained. As well as most daily assistance and activities. Also charting on all residence's assigned in your care. Reporting to the nurse on all medical and behavior changes.

• Assists the client with activities of daily living by providing personal care services bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, oral hygiene, and/or ambulation. Provide light housekeeping tasks including laundry, ironing and linen washing. Assists in meeting nutritional needs by providing meal planning, meal preparation, grocery shopping, dishes, and kitchen clean-up. Assists the client with ambulation/transfers as specified. Reminds clients to take selfadministered medications. Observes and reports any changes in the client’s mental, physical, or emotional behavior. Hoyer Lift trained.
