  • Worked as a L2/Support Engineer for Microsoft MECM/WSUS Premier Support. Key responsibility was to pick tickets that are raised with Microsoft by the commercial organizations who use SCCM and they get issues while using or implementing the product. Below are the tasks I did myself as a L2 Support Engineer: Handled clients from APAC/EMEA/NA regions over their issues related to their respective SCCM sites across all the POD's. Have troubleshooted issues with patch management, content distribution & management, client installation and registration, reporting, server management, hardware or software inventory, PXE, task sequence deployment and many other. Resolved 15-20 tickets per month. I have troubleshooted issues where client communication was failing with site server by analyzing logs from both Client & Server end and identifying the cause. I have worked on ADR creation, fixed task sequence failing on different steps by analyzing log files. Performed tasks in OSD lab involving the import of boot images, import of OS images, creating tasks sequence. Worked on configuring Third party updates in SCCM console, fixed many site upgrade issues failing prerequisite check, installation step & post-installation.

I have appeared for the preliminary exam in 2019-May giving my 1st attempt and scored 83.27 and the cutoff was 92, 2nd attempt 2021-June I scored 87.66 and the cutoff was around 90-95 and 3rd attempt 2022-June I scored 88.33 and the cutoff was around 90-92. I have also appeared for other state Group-1 services examination and unfortunately I couldn’t clear the examination. But in the process of preparation for these examinations i have learnt and enhanced some quality skills like Consistency, Active Group Discussions, Subject Analyzing, Time Management, Participated in seminars of Top-Notch Bureaucrats, Attended in many Mock Interviews of Civil services etc. Later after returning back from Delhi I wanted to start my career in IT and started pursuing software courses like MCSA and VMware.
