• In Preparation and review of Annual and Half yearly financial statements of Mutual Funds including all relevant note disclosures using advanced Excel tools such as pivot tables, formulae and functions in accordance with IFRS and Irish GAAP
• Being a subject matter expert for the process and responsible for training, guiding new members, updating training manual as per regular instructions and updates from client and also trouble shooting in case of any problems arising

• Dallas Fund Services Trades in, Research on open items and find out the actual reason for discrepancy & resolve the breaks as early as possible as per SOP on different aspect like Trades, Cash Flows, TBA, MBS Trades etc.
• Complete overall responsibility of stock and cash reconciliation, follow-ups & other deliverables are met as per the respective deadlines.
• Processing of Trades as per fund managers instruction and validation of trades processed on Custody
• Helping “Fund Accountant” to release the Fund & FSR (Financial Statement Review) on time without any lateness by resolving their urgent queries
• Identification of the cause and resolution of breaks encountered during trades processing and to ensure timely and accurate resolution of the breaks identified by the reconciliation team
• Resolving queries of the team & guiding them to clear breaks
• Responding to the queries of other Team’s as per SLA
• Do the necessary postings on Accounting System
• Follow up with different parties to get the issue resolved within the time limit
• Work & coordinate with various teams across the globe to ensure timely resolution of queries/breaks
• Preparation of different MIS report on Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis
