• Provide Technology cover to internal and external audit reviews, providing expertise on risk-related matters and ensuring accurate documentation of findings.

Maintain and Review policies and procedures related to India Regulatory requirements
• Provide Regular updates on technology risks to firm management and risk forums
• Ensure regulatory compliance by staying current on industry standards and updating company policies accordingly.
• Participate in industry forums for meeting and discussions about current trends, regulatory changes

• Played Key role in setting up Trading systems for the Firm, and design Risk Management structure for backup system NSE- NOW which was based on Omnesys Trading system (platform now decommissioned by exchanges). Also co-ordinated for Exchange approval for in-house Algo systems and infrastructure setup at Colo and non-colo setup.

• As production support head, Led Team of 5 members providing production support services for Cash, Derivatives and Currency Derivatives. Also worked as ‘Designated Officer’ representing the franchise to Indian regulators (SEBI, NSE and BSE). In this role worked closely with CISO and IRM teams to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and submit periodic reports such as Usage of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Cyber Security Incidents etc.
  
  PROD Support:
  • PROD support for trading system consisting of Algorithm Engines, Smart Order Routing for DMA and High Touch flows and setup at NSE Colo as well.
  • Own relationship and Co-ordinate with various Infra teams (SA, DBA, Network, DC Operations) for support on trading environment and ensure maximum uptime.
  • Ensure Max uptime trends for trading systems and work on capacity enhancements as per projected business expansion plans.
  • Analysis for Business or Regulatory requirements and prepare Requirement Documents – Track requirements and enhancements through JIRA
  Risk & Audit :
  • Manage Risk limits on NSE / BSE terminals, Algo and CTCL trading systems.

  • Lead and delivered with in timeline, projects like POP changes, Algo ID and PAN population for all out going orders, Direct Connectivity.

• • Joined as Service Engineer through Vendor Payroll (M/s Newel Systems, Fort)and gradually moved ladder to become Manager for Institutional Trading Support.

  Infra Project: Shifting the Datacenter to a new location.
  • Data Centre setup with installing racks, server hardware, network components, Console and KVM switches.
  • Replace EOL servers and replace with new hardware kit in completely re-located DataCenter Area. Worked on servers, Racks, Rail Kits and network topology planning and establishment.
  • Monitoring the UPS status and rearranging new racks in the data center; worked with 3 team members leading them..
