Projects
JERP - Amine Treating and Sour water stripper Plant, This was repeat project based on DTA ATU-SWS unit. Addition from DTA UNIT In new train of ammonia stripper was added. JERP – AROMATIC small bore lines and site support, Involved in residual engineering of transferred project, in this small-bore line routing and site query resolution was done. Small modification MOCs Aromatic/PRU/ KHT-CNHT/LNUU/ Hydrogen/CFP MOCs, AGR, MTF, SWRO, MEROX unit, In this various small modification jobs are being done. Aprox. 30-40 mocs in a year was being completed. Tame reactor project, In This project a rector along with exchanger was added in TAME unit. Aprox 150 isometric and 3000 manhour job. Increasing SRLN processing in LNUU project, In this one additional set of pumps was added in LNUU unit. The total manhour of project was around 1100. DHDS 2 Heat recovery project, In this project 5 exchangers was added in a new modified structure. DTA Scanfiner J3 project, In this project involved in development of Amine absorber and its associated piping. Also involved in resolution of various site query. ROGC wash oil project, In this project 2 exchanger and one set of pumps was added to send wash oil to ROGC plant. SEZ Merox revamp project, Project with 9 nos. of new equipment’s. contains 650 nos. isometrics. Most challenging job was layout development in existing unit. Replacement of V006 & V007 vessel in AGR, For replacement of V006 & V007 vessel two additional vessel V41 & V42 was added in new modified structure. Challenging task was to develop piping layout in existing structure. Since most of the lines are of more than 30” size with free draining requirement. Pilot Amine absorber and extractor in DTA merox, In this project one amine absorber and knock drum was added to test the new type of tray to reduce tray hole velocity by 0.15 – 0.30 m/s. Jafura GAS Compression plant PHASE 1, Scope of project was development of Gas compression plant ( GCP-1, GCP-4 & GCP-5). Client: Saudi Aramco Jafura GAS Compression plant PHASE 2, Scope of project was development of Gas compression plant ( HZEM-7, HZEM-4 & JNAB-1). Client: Saudi Aramco
