At axio I am responsible for driving Technology & Engineering Best Practices and overall ownership and execution of axio iOS app.

• Planning - Set up engineering processes & initial direction for iOS phased releases, collaborated with Product and cross-functional teams to translate key features into app deliverables. Prioritized work within the team that is aligned with the product strategy. Regular sync up with the team to drive overall development progress and direction in alignment release roadmaps. This helped us release first app version to the store in under 1 year from scratch, with all the features required for lending products of axio.
• Execution - Set up and built app architecture for the future - We chose all the latest and greatest additions from Apple to the iOS development suite to ensure our app architecture is built for the future. Examples include Modular app Architecture, Modern API and Framework adoption, app architecture to support unit testing.
• Built foundational and infrastructure components. Examples include Modules responsible for making network requests, Data Providers, persistence storage, Services, MVVM architecture, Deep link handling, Notification Handling and many more.
• Writing and reviewing features architecture and design document.
• App QA - Collaborated with external team to review app's security vulnerabilities and fix app security issues.
• Collaboration - Collaborate with tech leads and cross-functional peers to develop a roadmap and resolve external dependencies.
• Responsible for code reviews, design reviews and architecture discussions.
• Proactively communicate risks, blocker and mitigation plans, reset expectations with stakeholders as necessary.
• Project & Team Management - Sharing strategic direction with the team and providing input into setting the team's OKRs in alignment with the organization's OKRs.

At Slack I was responsible for designing and implementing new features, and maintaining the Slack iOS app. My roles and responsibilities included

Development and QA of Astro's AI enabled email client for iOS.

• Design and development of support SDK used by several thousand developers / organisations in their app.
• The SDK is a support and campaigns product which is integrated as an in-app component of different kinds of iOS apps.
• In addition, I lead a team of engineers and QA, working on prioritising features and tasks and assigning to the team, tracking the progress of features, unblocking the team when needed, time estimation of features and ensuring timely release of features.

As senior iOS Engineer I worked on development, unit testing and bug fixing of multiple iOS enterprise applications offered by Symantec suite of applications.
