· Experience in providing complete harness solution – Planning & execution, organize design review with CFT, address critical issue & finding solution ,documenting design changes & quality issues, providing support to, after build issues & finding root causes.
· Creating Virtual build documents for assembly line & involve in OMS activates.
·Exposure to Crimp technology – Verification Report process for wire terminal combination. Knowledge of Wiring Harness components - Wires, Connectors, Terminals, Clips/Clamps, Protective coverings.
