• Construction of GEM GARDEN at Tirunelveli - 50 Units.
• Construction of GEM'S COURT at Tirunelveli - 12 Units.
• Construction of GEM RESIDENCY at Tirunelveli - 21 Units.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the surveying the work of junior staff as well as perform land surveys and mapping of project boundaries.
• Perform complete task like implementing the stages of construction stages by coordinating with multidiscipline architectural team.
• Monitor the approval of construction drawings.
• Liaise with relevant contractors to ensure issues are resolved and work could progress smoothly.
• Perform all other duties given by manager.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures Rules & Regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Establish an appropriate working relationship with contractor.
• Ensure that all the works are going without wastage of material.
• Ensure that all the works meets the stipulated quality standards.
• Prepare BBS for the structural elements.
• Oversee all onsite & offsite constructions and to monitor compliance with building safety and regulations.
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitation.
• Review the work progress and daily basis.
• Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety.
