  • If any query related treatment/surgical talk with concern consultant politely address yourself, before you talk with consultant tell the patient name, Diagnosis.
  • Its FC responsible to see that each and every patient/ attender who visit to concern FC cabin token should be raised with the help of security.
  • Collect amount at the time of admission and discharge.
  • In polite manner explain the patient/ attenders about their queries
  • Daily report should submit (physically, wats app, mail) to the HOD before they leave from he/she concern shift.
