• To ensure the air conditioning and also heating ventilation with fire and safety aspects and the plumbing systems perform at optimum functionality.

NDT APPARATUS

• To monitor the production process for ensure quality of Refractory products without the internal quality defects with the help of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Apparatus like Radar, Ultra-sonic machines, Spectrophotometer etc.
• Radar Inspection of glass contact blocks, to check the internal void percentage of blocks as per the radar specification.
• Spectrophotometer Inspection, to check the color composition at the pouring section of glass contact blocks while on capturing.
• Ultra-Sonic Machine to ensure the quality of glass contact blocks from internal voids with ultrasonic waves.
• Porosity Meter is to observes and analysis the porosity appeared on the glass contact surface of the block to ensure the quality.

PRELIMINARY INSPECTION

• Quality C1 Inspection of material before machining process as per the required specification.
• Detailed Dimension Report preparation after C1 Inspection. as per the M-drawing of each blocks.
• Inspected with accuracy, reporting problems or defects quickly.
• Supervised production workers to identify areas in need of improvement for high-quality production.

FINAL INSPECTION

• Inspection of Individual Customer order as per the required specification.
• Inspection of Pre-Assembled Machined blocks as per the drawing or pre-assembly specification.
• Updated quality control records and reports.
• Recorded inspection and test results on data sheets.

OTHER RESPONSIBILTIES

• Preparing Radar mapping (block positioning) for the pre-assembly as per customer requirement and quality of the block.
• To be a part of the new quality inspection trials, and prepare the reports after the trail inspection.
• Preparing Monthly Report of Radar Inspection, With respect to preliminary inspection Report.
• Preparing Radar Report and Dimension Report of the pre-assembled blocks for the customer.
