Also, analysis based on the stock availability by model year. Further analyses were conducted to obtain how each model in each of the brands value in different region.

End to end BI Implementation – Eurovets Veterinary L.L.C 2015 May – 2015 September

End to end implementation of Tableau BI with focus on consolidation and comparison of data from multiple systems. The scope of the project was to standardize the input from multiple systems and use the same to help the end-users to make informed decisions.

- The legacy reports were to be converted into visualization along with highly formatted figure-intensive reports.

- The data from legacy system and current ERP system were passed through several complex ETL processes to standardize the input.

- A Data warehouse was created as a repository for the data sources.

- A set of existing managements reports were recreated in Tableau with data from the current ERP system and a legacy accounting system.

- New set of dashboards for Sales, Inventory Management, Accounts and Procurement department were created in order to assist them in making informed decisions.

Project Lynx phase 2 – Jaguar Land Rover MENA 2015 April – 2015 May

Scope of the project was to expand Tableau Business Intelligence replacing the existing system for Customer Cases Data analysis. The data from various sources had to be consolidated to a single data source in order to obtain a set of highly interactive dashboards.

- Enable the end users on amending data to feed into the dashboard.

- Training the user to understand and read the dashboards.

- A set of fifteen dashboards based on the cleansed data was provided to the users with Case analysis, Case analysis segmentation; based on number of days and indicators to point out the unsolved cases.

- The dashboard was created at the regional level which could be filtered down to country and then to dealer level in order to identify the area of focus in addition to enabling the area managers to look solely into their area of operation.

Project Lynx phase 1 – Jaguar Land Rover MENA 2015 January – 2015 March

Scope of the project was to implement Tableau Business Intelligence replacing the existing system for CRM Data analysis. Various aspects of data had to be analyzed ranging from Data Quality, Technicians, Service Quality, Retention, Turnaround time, Customer reviews and so on.

- Fully functional twenty Dashboards for CRM Project lynx with above mentioned functionalities along with drill down capabilities to the required level.

- Installation and licensing of Tableau Desktop

- User acceptance test and iterations.

- Enabling user by giving them basic training on ah-hoc analysis in Tableau for the given data sources and also, to make changes to the current dashboards if required.

Combined Training Program – UAE Ministry Of Interior 2015 January – 2015 January

Provide training to a group of end-users in order to enable them in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server version 8.3. The end-user group contained people with skills ranging from experienced to novice. The training program was tailored to fit both type of audiences.

SAP Business One Dashboards 2014 August – 2014 November

As part of developing ‘off the shelf’ analytics for various ERPs, a set of KPIs were to be designed along with Data Warehouse and corresponding Dashboards.

- Covered all aspects of Financial, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Employee performance.

- Architected Data warehouse based on the KPIs.

- Warehousing was replicated using Alteryx, SSIS and Actian Knime in order to provide the client the independence of choosing a suitable tool.

- Data warehouse was populated in order to accommodate multiple areas of operations.

- Highly interactive dashboards were created and further customized for specific activities.
