  • Taking care of major blade related retrofits(Lightning upgrade, TE extender, Copper cap, etc) in Asia Pacific
  • Processing blade related CIR(Component Inspection Report) and creating reports to the customers and also providing RCA for blade failures
  • Making weekly and monthly report of blade status to the management
  • Giving training to the blade technicians and answering the technical queries
  • Analyzing all the blade repair works like LE erosion, lightning strike, internal damages, cracks etc, and providing reports to the site team
  • Monitoring blade inspection in most of the sites and giving alert to the site
  • Answering all the technical queries raised from different sites
  • Supporting globally for blade related queries and training the newcomers.

Process Engineer

  • In charge of SHELL mould and also have to take care of prefab and make ensure they are working by the process or not
  • Making Visual work instruction and work instruction for the mould and giving clear cut instruction to the technicians and training them in the shop floor

  • Reducing cycle time and repairs using quality tools like 8D
  • Analysing the repairs like FRL and AIL and changing infusion strategy for getting zero NCR
  • Giving training to the new technicians and new engineers of the process flow and monitoring their level in the shop floor
  • Observing the heating panels and make ensure that all the heating zones are working fine and making changes in infusion and adhesive recipes if needed
  • Have to fix if anything goes wrong in heating panel and am completely responsible for TG SOFTWARE in SGRE plant, NELLORE
  • I have been in mould erection, mould installation and testing of SG145 and SG122 proto blades
  • Have participated in QCC and QIT projects in G114,SG122 and SG145 plant and making ILUO chart for the technicians for prefab, shell and finishing
  • Analysing SIKA test results when blade variant changes and deciding web spacers and padding layers for the WEB
  • Finally, whatever be the issue in SHELL, my presence is utmost significant to resolve the issue.
