Project : Airbus A350 XWB, ATA 92 DMU & F3D Installation Design
Role : Technical focal
Responsibilities :
- Working as Technical Focal for A350 & A350F on V923, V927, V928 & V929 activities.
- Coordinating design activities with various stakeholders of A350 & A350F.
- Planning of Project management, Resource planning, Workload distribution, Preparation & presentation of KPI metrics to the customer.
- Managing continuous improvement process and optimizing design non conformities.
- Enabling QRQC to ensure root cause analysis for design anomalies.
- Collaborative support to the customer on Project status update.
- Understanding the project requirements & providing technical guidance, clearly articulate the key design principle, methodologies, best practices relevant to the project and ensuring effective knowledge transfer to meet timely & defect free deliverables.
- Cross functional team meeting with Harness & other design team to resolve installation issues.
- Keep track of various technical updates by Airbus and sharing knowledge to team.
Role : Designer & Reviewer
Responsibilities :
- Preparation of inputs with reference to TRS suggested in IMade and Part Zone advisor.
- Implementation of MP (TRS), DQN and RDR in Primary and Secondary flow design solutions.
- Good understanding on Product structure creation for V928 & V929 Design Solutions.
- V923 Equipment installation Drawing creation based on new requirement and modification.
- V923 Full3D creation and drawing set finalization (Picture Drawing creation migrated to F3D)
- Routing and Segregation of Electrical Bundles in compliance with SIDP92.
- Validating each FIN present in working DS with current MSN by RIC, TrEsti and TRS change.
- Clash free designs to various ATA chapters with respect to SIDP requirements based on Airbus methodology.
- Uploading Design Solution (PROP TOOL data) extracts through PASS SSI to CIRCE I portal
- F3D creation of assembly drawings in accordance with SIDP, M2988 requirements.
- Creation of ECN (Engineering change note) based on drawing set workflow (Primary flow and secondary flow)
- V923/V927 Picture drawing/Full3D creation and finalization in accordance with AIB docs.
- Defect free deliveries with respect to SIDP and TDD requirements based on Airbus approach.
- V928, V929 DMU and F3D drawing's Validation and Verification to be done as per AIRBUS requirements.
- V927 Drawing set validation in accordance with TRS and DMU (Matured V928 & V929)
- V923, V927 & V928 Drawing set handover and delivery process followed based on AIBRUS procedure.
- Worked on DQN & RDR preparation for V928 & V929 and upload to SAP.
- Experience in HMV (Harness Morphology Viewer) tool.
- Experience in Identification of the Non-compliance, FUID creation in ADB tool.
- Rejection analysis from Airbus DO, ME and TAP feedbacks, Contestation or Rework decision.
- Performing QRQC to ensure RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for key design errors.
Project : Airbus A321 XLR4 F3D Installation Design
Role : Project Focal
Onsite deployment (Nov-2022 to Feb-2023) (June-2024 to July-2024) 6 months.
Responsibilities :
- Deputed to SES-France (Blagnac) for 4 months to kickoff the project on F3D technology, understand the technical aspects, business requirements and customer support.
- Initiated the first project on F3D design development for Airbus A321 XLR4 program to SES-India.
- Trained & Developed a design team in offshore to the advancement landscape.
- Lead the team from front end and managed to support customer for timely & quality deliveries.
- Provided onsite support on the critical deliveries to successfully meet the project deadlines.
Project : Airbus A320 Electrical System Installation - JSO
Role : Designer & Reviewer
Responsibilities :
- Worked on Harness creation using CATIA EHI workbench for ATA922 CI level.
- Worked on various types of 2D data such as MM28, MM100 and ISO DRAW.
- Analyzed the TRS, DQN, RDR, MP and input documents to implement on working DS.
- Applied the standard rules (SIDP) to working Design Solution.
- Performed addition of components for properly segregating parts which has been used in DS.
- Validated each connector present in working DS with working MSN using GILDA.
- Performed the clash check for Harness with Mock-up Environment and with internal DS routing using DMU Clash
- Worked on GILDA for updating Bill of material and Engineering Change Note.
- Quality Checking of Design Solutions created by SESI as per Airbus requirement on basis of SIDP rules.
- Routing Drawings & Equipment Installation Drawings (922 & 923).
- Installation Drawings of Removable Support (924).
- Equipment / Structure for Boxes, Panels, Racks (925).
- Creation of ECN (Engineering change note) for modifications applied on secondary flow
