• Surveyor appointing wherever required to protect our interest.
• Following up with post fixture matters like Final Freight/ Hire SOA / Demurrage / Despatch settlement as per CP
• Laytime Calculation / Off Hire calculations.
• Manage claims/Legal matters / Debit note / Credit note for the final freight settlement with charterers and owners
• Arrangement of bunkers

• Manage procure to pay process to ensure on time project deliveries.
• Coordinating project activities including estimation costing & resource management.
• Coordinating with steamer agents, liners,cha & cfs for clearing of commodities and delivering it on schedule to our sites.
• Liaising with port officials and respective authorities for regular business operations.
• Preparing RFP & receiving Quotes in line with site requirements.
• Procurement Plan, identifying the vendors, budgets for timely procurement of materials & Equipment's.
• Supply Chain activities from sourcing to delivery of material.
• Preparing periodic maintenance schedule chart and allotment of HMC's and Hopper's for daily operations.
• Assisting the maintenance team in the day-to-day operation.
• Participating in technical investigations, problem review and provide sound engineering evaluations and recommendations for proposed action.
• Analyzing breakdown data in order to improve the efficiency and performance.

• Yale Enterprise manufactures PET Flakes. (Polyethylene Teraphthalate).
• Worked as SITE Engineer wherein I was given an opportunity to look after the operations.
• The process involves recycling of PET bottles.
• I was the Site Engineer for this factory looking after production of more than 250 to 300MTs per month and I was commended for my performance.
