Hi, I’m Mohammad Asif. I have experience as a DevOps Engineer with strong skills in AWS services like S3, IAM, and AWS Transfer Family, as well as automation using Python, Bash, cron jobs, and Docker.
In my current role at CFTPay, Alog with Jira tickets and audits. I manage secure file transfers and backups. For example, I handle nightly recording backups into AWS S3 using FileZilla, AWS CLI, and . I've hands-on with SFTP, FTPS, FTP, and SSH protocols, and I also have a good understanding of networking concepts like the OSI 7 layers and port management.
I was awarded for solving the critical issue when I resolved a year-long NiFi automation issue where data from RingCentral was failing to back up into AWS S3. I collaborated with the Cloud and RingCentral teams, identified the root cause in NiFi processors, and implemented a permanent fix. This restored seamless data flow, reduced manual effort.
With this background, I bring both hands-on technical expertise in secure file transfers and problem-solving skills for managing automation workflows. I’m eager to grow into a File Operations Engineer role where I can leverage my DevOps, AWS, and MFT experience to ensure smooth, secure, and reliable data operations
