  • Project Coordination and Client Management: Serve as the main focal point between the client and the company, managing all engineering and project management activities for assigned projects.

Maintain and resolve open points by engaging in detailed discussions with clients.   • Design and Calculation: Design heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and vaporizers in compliance with ASME and TEMA standards. Review Pv Elite calculations for pressure vessels and perform manual thermal and hydraulic expansion calculations. Conduct pressure vessel hazard level calculations as per Australian Standard AS4343. Prepare datasheets for heat exchangers using HTRI outputs. Review of General arrangement drawing of pressure vessels & Heat exchangers.
  • Process Engineering: Develop and finalize process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), Cause & Effect Matrix, Prepare instrument datasheets, instrument indexes, I/O lists, and relief load summaries.
  • Project Documentation and Reporting: Manage the submission and tracking of deliverables, including maintaining client comments and ensuring timely resolution. Obtain milestone completion certificates from clients and coordinate with the accounts team for invoicing.
  • Client Interaction and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to project specifications before submission to clients. Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) at company facilities with clients.
