Description: BIL (Billing Interface Layer) is a payment engine that processes the transactions received from different downstream sources (IWH, XCT).

The BIL interface is responsible for transactions being stored, transformed, and distributed to upstream systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Utilized established design patterns to expedite novel software creation and support consistent performance results.
• Employed integrated development environments (IDEs).
• Supported for SIT, NFT, UAT build, and deployments to coordinate with the issues.
• Combined root-level authentication and authorization technologies with ongoing system design to harden finished solutions.

Project Name : Systems Management System-Union Pacific Railroad

Description: The railroads have been mandated to implement Positive Train Control (PTC) by the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) to improve safety in their operations. The objective of PTC is to prevent: train-to-train collisions, incursions of trains into established work zone limits, over-speed derailments, and movement of a train through a switch in the wrong position. ITC Systems Management (ITCSM) is a core PTC application and provides an infrastructure to securely configure, monitor, and manage the different railroad assets remotely. It also provides crucial support for interoperability among the different railroads.

For determining an offer price, Network Solutions provides the Free Value Assessment tool. Buyers can be charged $39.00 per Certified Offer to use the Certified Offer Service. This fee is non-refundable, and it is charged whether the offer is accepted or not.
