Have been a reviewer for a reputed national medical journal and have been actively involved in clinical trials.
Involved in diagnosis and management of patients with respiratory problems. Dedicated to give quality care with utmost compassion and integrity to patients.
Gained experience in comprehensive management of patients in one of the biggest corporate setup in Telangana and Andra Pradesh. Have been a full time teaching faculty for DNB Pulmonary Medicine (Post Graduate) students with active participation in teaching activities in department along with bedside case presentations from residents. Faculty member for practical examination of DNB Pulmonary Medicine.
Have worked extensively during COVID 19 pandemic. Managed acute COVID including severe COVID with severe ARDS. Helped formulate guidelines along with other team members for management of COVID on institutional level for better triaging and better use of resources. Have managed sick COVID patients in ICU and provided ventilatory support, HFNC, NIV depending on the severity.
Initiated Long COVID Clinic in KIMS Hospital for management of Long COVID cases and cases of post COVID sequelae like pulmonary fibrosis to provide focused and evidence based care for such cases. Have been a part of trial to assess the differences in inflammatory and immune pathways in COVID patients and its effects on morbidity and mortality and the study is about to be submitted for publication.
