  • Maintaining Green & Red year wise placements file is the main work and base for all the activities in placements department.
  • As per the requirement of the visiting company, we need to cut a sheet from the master file (Green & Red file) and depends upon the criteria given by the company like CGPA of Graduation, Inter, 10th , with No backlogs, Engineering group required.
  • Once the eligibility list is prepared, all the eligible students, department wise coordinators are informed to attend the drive through mail.
  • Depending upon the mode of the drive (Physical OR Virtual) all the necessary arrangements are made.
  • If the drive is Virtual WhatsApp group is created and link forwarded to all the eligible students and placement coordinators and all the information and instruction for the derive are shared through this group.
  • If the drive is physical all the necessary arrangements are made like Indents are written to get permission from the University Vice chancellor for Transport and Accommodation to guest, Seminar Hall for PPT by the guest, Computer lab for TESTs and Food arrangements are made.
  • Once the drive gets started the students get shortlisted and they attend the remaining Technical round and HR interviews and placements team will be coordinating during the entire process.
  • After received the selected students list Green & Red file is updated and selected students are blocked from attending other drives, or may be allowed to attend the other drives depending upon the CTC offered.
  • Assisting the Senior -level management in preparing report for NAAC, NIRF certification
  • Replying to all the mails that are receive and forwarding the mails to the concerned authorities.
