• Design & Analysis of High rise & Multi Storied concrete buildings from Conceptual studies and analysis to the completion of contract documentation and on-site inspection.
• Propose the type of foundation depending on the Geo-technical recommendations & also based on the types of Forces, moments etc expected to act on the foundation.
• Recommend the type and thickness of retaining wall based on geotechnical recommendations, surcharge load, lateral soil load &lastly the site conditions.
• Obtain the sizes of Lateral load resisting systems components like Core Walls, Link Beams & Shear walls based on 3-D model analysis results.
• Work on sizes of Gravity governing Shear wall, Columns, slabs & beams based on the manual calculations and verifying it with the software results.
• Sensitivity studies of different structural elements, to achieve the optimized design in synchrony with quality, Time and Cost parameters
• Peer review audit on existing or under construction Buildings based on design criteria, code compliance and design assumptions for practicality of relevant construction techniques.
• Review structural drawings to ensure that they are representative of the design intent at appropriate design milestones.
• Providing valuable suggestions during Proposal creating meetings and Module review meetings.
• Review and detailing of Engineering Drawings for all the above points.
• Lead a team of Autocad, REVIT technicians & Junior Design Engineers and get the work done within the assigned deadlines.
