- Teach and train trainees in theory and Practical classes as per the syllabus
- Impart education in Modern shop floor practices like 5S, Kaizens, 7QC tools and TPM and enhance trainees learning
- Conduct of tests and exams leading to certification making them employable by providing placement assistance after certification
- Co-ordinate induction programme after rope in of trainees, deploy trainees to Industry, visit trainees at industry after deployment
- Maintain & Monitor Trainees' Attendance for stipend to trainees and monitor their performance in partner industry shop floor based on interactions with industry HR and Production personnel
- Encourage trainees to come out with Kaizens
- Update & maintain documents for audit on classes, tests, exams,results and certificaton and assist trainees in placement after course completion.Collect and maintain trainees' details and provide data for ERP, Insurance and AICTE
- Counsel and motivate trainees periodically and guiding them.Motivate and guide trainees with respect to medical insurance
- Collate attendance every month and send the same to A/C s for invoicing and stipend payment to trainees.
