• Responsible for Investigation Process in Retirement Plan Services (Production and QC) along with cross trained in end to end process for Citibank Retirement Plan Services.
• Responsibility:
• SME responsibility, had a team of 8 members. From allocation of work to Quality check of their cases. Query handling, Escalation handling etc.
• Responsible for weekly client call which occurred on every Friday.
• Worked under KYC team on application called Concierge, did verification of the documents for account opening.
• Worked on Contributions, Distribution, Adding a beneficiary, address updation and account maintenance.
• Under Investigation Team we work on client’s escalations regarding wrong, incorrect or missing transactions (Contribution, Distribution & Maintenance) within SLA which is 5 days
