Providing technical guidance and resolving any engineering issues that arise during construction.
Reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
Liaising with clients, architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
Preparing and presenting project updates and reports to stakeholders.
Maintaining accurate records of site activities, progress, and any changes or issues.
Preparing detailed site reports, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports.
Encouraging continuous professional development within the team.

Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site.
Ensuring that all the materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors and supervisors involved in the project.
Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Daily supervise to staff for advance work and targeted for each progressive work.
Reporting daily work status and progress to Senior Engineer.
