Drive cost savings and risk mitigation by adhering to global procurement standards and local SOPs, while continuously monitoring supplier performance and compliance. Lead and support automation and process improvement initiatives to streamline procurement workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Provide guidance and support to junior buyers and team members, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous skill development within the team. Utilize supplier relationship management tools (e.g., Pro-Supply) to identify high-performing suppliers, optimize sourcing strategies, and strengthen supplier collaboration. Analyze procurement issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve quality, delivery performance, and inventory control. Collaborate with HR and leadership on team development, including training, performance management, and succession planning within the SCM function. Ensure full compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and external regulations, fostering a culture of integrity, safety, and accountability.
