• Currently serving as an individual contributor and technical mentor in the Customer Referential Data and Mandate team.

• Utilizing Java 17, Reactive Programming, Spring Boot, Kafka, MongoDB, Angular, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm in the tech stack.

2.Financing Team (Nov '21 - Dec '23) at IFC, World Bank:

• Contributed as an individual developer and mentored a team of 3 developers.
• Collaborated closely with Product Owner and stakeholders on the Cassiopae product.
• Developed multiple complex features from scratch, addressing financing needs for clients' customers.
• Successfully delivered solutions utilizing Java 8, Spring Boot, Rest Services, Oracle PL/SQL, Multithreading, and Concurrency.

• Experienced in developing tailored solutions to enhance customer banking experiences. Led a team in creating tools and modules, including a Chatbot, Customer Service Management, Bank Reconciliation, and Data Extraction, catering to the needs of Indian and Foreign banks. Successfully conducted multiple proof-of-concepts (POCs) with diverse clients, showcasing the capabilities of the modules. Collaborated closely with the product team from conceptualization to the timely delivery of each module, contributing to the seamless integration of innovative solutions in the financial sector.

• Contributed to the telecom industry as part of Ericsson for a prominent Dubai-based telecom giant. Played a key role in enhancing an existing product dedicated to telecom services such as recharge and complaint management. Through my involvement, the product was refined and optimized to meet the evolving needs of the telecom sector, ensuring improved functionality and customer satisfaction.

• Served as a Full Stack Developer in the Banking Center of Excellence (COE) team, specializing in the development and delivery of the Retail Lending System. Engaged in the entire development lifecycle, starting from requirement gathering through to successful delivery. Played a pivotal role in implementing the Retail Lending System for multiple middle eastern banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). Demonstrated expertise by creating and delivering successful Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to various Indian and foreign clients, contributing significantly to organizational revenue.
