• Verification of the contractor's bill and their approval for payment.
• Inspection and verification of works, measurements at sites, as per executed.
• Providing inputs to contracts for the finalization of the contract agreement.
• I worked on SAP and ERP Farvision.
• Audit of bills submitted by the site, and sending recommendations to accounts for payments.
• Monitoring and tracking of budget vs. committed cost.
• Preparation of Cost to Complete report.
• Monitoring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Coordinating with the project, finance, and legal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Implementing and maintaining systems for tracking contracts, invoices, and payments.
• Managing and resolving billing and contractual disputes.
• Preparation and/or review of specifications and bill of quantities (BOQ) prior to tendering the works.
• Preparation of detailed cost estimates.
• Updating the project budget based on the approved change in work orders/variations.
• Ensuring the accurate quantity take-off for all stages of design for budget preparation.
• Analyzing the cost variation of each item of the contract.
• Verification of contractor bills with the applicable terms and conditions, certification, and ensuring compliance with the statutory requirements, like Goods and Service Tax (GST).
• Verification of extra substituted and deviation items, and escalating to the concerned department for approval.
• Reconciliation of free issue materials.
• Calculating escalation as per wholesale price index and minimum labor wages, as per contract/work order provisions.
