As a directory data technology critical part of my role includes driving productivity within my team and ensuring world class solutions are defined from idea generation to production at speed that pushes boundaries of my clients. Another critical part of my role is setting up direction for engineering teams with responsibility to build engineering capability and practices within organization to ensure innovation and efficiency hence making us preferred of choice for our clients. Some of the recent engagements as part of Data and AI COE leadership team are mentioned below.

1. Currently engaged with one of European’s major retail giant TESCO as data engineering lead. As a part of this engagement I am responsible for providing technology leadership to multiple programs while engaging with client to define technology roadmaps for their data strategy. This engagement also involve design and development of Data platform for analytical and reporting while designing 200+ KPIs to different business functions.

2. Before joining TESCO this year, I was engaged with one of major Energy and commodity clients ”Shell Energy” as engineering Lead. This engagement started with a program to migrate on prem data platform to cloud. After successfully migration of the platform, I was engaged in defining multiyear data strategy for the client.

3. I was also involved as Lead Architect Data & Cloud with Falabella (Retail Company) with responsibilities to Architect & Design Financial Reconciliation system for Falabella on GCP. Design & Development of Financial reconciliation tool to reconcile different transactional data with payments. Design & development of accounting tool to consolidate all the financial transaction with other accounting system of the Client.

4. He was involved as Engineering Lead for Data Engineering Transformation (DET) Program for Lloyds Banking Group. As a part of this program i was involved with multiple data transformation teams to define new ways of working, design and development of cantonized Hadoop development system with minimum contention of different data jobs and provide leadership to the multiple teams engaged in different programs.

As a part of prion's technology team i was engaged with one of their Germany based product development start up and was responsible to build development team in india.

1. Handling client interaction for requirement gathering, finalization of functional specifications; generating and compiling reports based on findings, with causes and solutions to systems issues.

2. Managing the entire Software Development Life Cycle including design, development, testing, troubleshooting and debugging of Software; estimating different tasks; developing Class, Sequence and Activity diagrams

3. Collaborated with business planning department to monitor and adjust company-wide technology utilization, modifying infrastructure to meet business goals.

4. Providing SLA and costs for existing solution(s) prior to Business case/Proposal development.

5. Suggesting appropriate as well as technology-based solutions for enhancing functional efficiency of the organization and achieving business excellence.

6. Planning and designing of test plans and strategies, test cases and test scripts/procedures, UAT activity and gap analysis to ensure that business requirements and functional specifications are tested and fulfilled.

7. Handling various technical aspects like project documentation, system design & integration, monitoring critical paths & taking appropriate actions.

8. Managed the entire testing life cycle and provided support for other phases such as design, development, debugging of software- involved in estimating tasks.

9. Provided support in Writing Use Cases Low Level (Technical), Design Documents and Build Scripts; undertaking development & testing, configuration management, defect management and issue management for production support project.

10.Participated in verifying compliance with service level agreements by maintaining technical uptime levels.

I joined bahin samaneh farda as software engineer and was part of technology team to design and develop mission critical, high performance telecom systems.

• Worked with software development and testing team members to design and develop robust solutions to meet client requirements for functionality, scalability and performance.
• Participated in architecture, design and implementation of back-end features using C++, C# and Python.
• Collaborated with fellow engineers to evaluate software and hardware interfaces.
• Collaborated with management, internal and development partners regarding software application design status and project progress.
• Worked with project managers, developers, quality assurance and customers to resolve technical issues.
