As the leader of digital transformation initiatives for all five companies within the Havells group, including Havells, Lloyd, Crabtree, Standard, and QRG hospitals, I successfully managed a team of ~100 and achieved the following key deliverables:

Key deliverables

- Conceptualized cutting-edge technologies such as IoT, Industry 4.0, Service Uberization, and Supply Chain, and presented their business benefits to the board members.

- Enabled the Sales and Marketing teams to reduce their field force by 300 employees by implementing AI/ML-based SFA, POS, D365 CRM, dealer app, retailer app, electrician app, and consumer app.

- Architected and implemented a state-of-the-art Industry 4.0 plant in Ghilot (featured on Discovery India) and digitized nine other plants, which increased OEE by 20% and greatly improved efficiency.

- Digitized warehouses and integrated them with a centralized ERP system, providing near real-time stock visibility and improving inward and outward processes.

- Automated repeatable processes in several departments using Robotic Process Automation, saving manpower and increasing employee satisfaction.

- Worked closely with CRI/R&D function to help them build IoT products, which generated revenue and provided competitive advantage.

- Transformed IT from reactive to proactive and metrics-based using ITIL, PMP, Agile, Scrum, and set up a delivery support center with 24x7 support.

- Led the Lloyd acquisition and successfully integrated it with Havells.

- Provided transparency and business insights into Sales and financials by implementing business analytics, dashboards, and big data for all businesses.

- Implemented Dev-Sec-Ops and built state-of-the-art cyber security architectures which covered IT, IoT, and OT networks, and implemented a comprehensive real-time cyber security maturity metric system.

- Migrated legacy technologies to the latest ones, such as SAP HANA, Vistex, Lumira, Fiori, and Office 365.

- Oversaw HIS deployment in the hospitals.

- Designed a multi-cloud strategy and oversaw its successful implementation, including private, public Azure and AWS, and SAAS.
