Having over 5 years experience in which 1.9 year in social Organization as district coordinator & 3.5 years in HR Compliance especially in exports house / hard goods/ metal/ wood Industry. I have excellent qualifications and demonstrable experience of trainings, counseling, social organization. • Won Hockey North India University championship in LPU University on behalf of AMU as University captain.
• Remained successful to achieve social organization appreciation by placing adolescent student in inter collage from upper primary school who had done dropped out & given up due to poor financial condition.
• Achieved appreciation by getting approval from BSA to start organization school program which approval organization got of 15 primary and upper primary government school in Moradabad.
• Placed many unemployed students in job who they have become settled in their career in Moradabad.

• Helped for many workers to withdraw PF who were unable to withdraw their provident fund for their daughter weddings due to issues in PF account.
• Remained successful to save a workers life by hospitalizing on time who had got occupational severe injury.
• Remained successful to conduct menstrual hygiene workshop for government upper primary schools girls & community women by philanthropist gynecologist doctors.

I has been nurturing students since my student life and have about 6 years of teaching experience to youngsters. During my teaching years I realized that children in India especially in small towns are misinformed, regarding their education and careers. For example, a candidate may have a caliber of marketing but must have done engineering as their friends or family may be doing so, hence ending up doing an engineering job in a poor manner.
